Hey guys, I just finished he first week of CTR. It felt like it was a good workout. Tomorrow and the next day are my rest days. I also did some weighted ab work and got my bench pres 1RM to 115 lbs. I weigh 138 lbs. at 13 and I have long arms (I am 6 feet tall) so I am happy with that. My new goal is to get my 1RM up to 120 lbs. before September 1st. Well, I am going away on Saturday until the next Saturday so I will just bring some dumbbells with me so everything will be the same except I will use alot less weight for the squats. So, I most likely won't be updating this until next Saturday. See you guys next week! P.S.- Does anybody know how often I should re-test my vertical with this program? I will probabl try every 2 weeks. Does that sound good or too frequent?

Hey guys. I didn't miss one workout on vacation! I was very proud of my self. I have gained a little bit (a little under an inch) and hopefully there is much, much, much more to come! I just finished my 2nd workout of Week 3. I also did some bench press, bicep work, and weighted ab work. I lost 10 lbs. off my bench press 1RM because i missed so many workouts on vacation. I will try to gain it back quick.

Hey guys... Yesterday I did the Skip's Ballhandling Workout twice. I did my first workout of week 4 today instead of tomorrow bbecause i am going somewhere tomorrow. I used more weight than I have been for squats, lunges, and step-ups, so it was tough. I had and intense upperbody workout. I did about 5x more bicep and foreaem work than usual and much more bench press. I finally got my 1RM for bench press back to where it was when i missed one week of chest work on vacation. Yay! I have football tonight, then I'm going to Vermont tomorrow.

Ok, phase 2, here i come. Onlkyu about 1" ast most weeks 1-6!!!!! Hopefully that will improvve by the end, but ill stick it out.

Ok sorry for being so loate! I wasn't allowed on the computer until i got my math grade up. Well, i just finished Week 7, and my vert is the same, maybe +.5". Not very happy about htta, but I'll stick it out.

UGGHHHHH!!!!! 7 weeks of nothing!!! i still havent gained one inch! I am styill oging ot finish this, but I am pretty pissed. Oh werll, I'm about to start Week 8 when I'm off the computer and hope I sart getting some gains.

OK, forget my last post. I screwed the program and decided to do stufff on my own. It felt much better than the workouts from CTR1. I did reverse leg extensions, leg extensions, seated calf raises, and Shane Hopz Calf Workout for legs. I didn't have time for arms and chest, but i did lots of declined sit-ups. So, this has now become a workout journal, not a cTR journal.

yeah i know, im not saying dont use it, it just didnt work for me.. ronanman, i dont have an actual program, i am just doing exercises when i can because i am in football season.... mostly leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, seated calf raises, and assisted pistols for legs... many things for upper body.. my chest is really sore from lots of incline bench the other day and some fly

i also made a sheet at the beginning of school with measurements of many physicla, muscular features... i mgith post it when i get the cnahce, im am going to measure at the end of school and the start of school next year... i cant wait

ok guys, my vert is now 18 inches... well under what i would have like and basketball strts within the next 2 weeks... my plan is to do what i have been doing until then, and next offseasoni will do Westside For Skinny Bastards Program...
