hey wussup, im starting ctr1 on monday.... if my hip pointer gets better.... here are my stats now.... height- 5-11 vert- 17" running vert- 21" .... im hoping to gain a mininmum of 8 inches.... im gonna try

i wouldn't do that monday, hip pointers can fell ok and actually be bad, so put it off another week, to be safe, thats what i would do

it feels alot better, i have been icing it alot, but i had to miss 3 of the first 4 fb prascticves, but i will be practicing again on monday

guys, i decided to post whatever i did for any sports along with the journal sunday- i did tony bennett's dribbling workout , twice. the first time i used a medicine ball for the non-dribbl;ing and a tennis ball for the dribbling, then did it over with a basketball and gardening gloves on. Later i did about half of 550 Shots Program, and i did some bench press (max- 105 lbs.

are you looking to increase your bench, do the Smolov Squat program... do it with you're bench tho, i increased it by like 3 or 4 pounds in my first workout here it is www.joeskopec.com/smolov.html

ok thanks and how do you hget such exact weights? what if you can get multiples of 5 and 10? just gfet as close as possible? i also got like 1 or 2 2.5s

ok i will P.S.- i did the TB Dribbling again today twice, first time with med. ball for non-dribbling and tennis ball for dribbling, second time with ball and gloves P.P.S.- i should have started ctr monday, but now ill have to wait

just finished the second wrokout of ctr, i fell good, i have already gained a little bit (around 1/2 an inch) and i am doing the smolov squat program except with bench press..... ball4life, we were talking about that, and i got my bench up to 110 right before the start... up 5lbs from 105..... i didnt feel like waiting so i started on a saturday for both programs..... sooo sat=mon sun=tue mon=wed and so on...... i also shot around for a long time today and dribbled a lot this morning...... i really fellike im improving
