Hey all, I'm knew here.. J.Howe showed me his website like a month ago but I only found the time today to check it out and sign up.
I'm from Sydney, Australia. Love basketball.. If the salary for pro BBallers here was higher than I would be so motivated to turn pro, but unfortunately its not much of a career choice over here.
I've been into bball forums for about half a year now and you might know me from LRV or eballers forums.
Ive been working out for a couple of months, although I have been unable to go to the gym for about 3 weeks now but I really am working on getting back there. Was supposed to go today but I'm sick.
My stats are as follows: I'm 15 Years old 6'1.5" Tall 150 pounds 7'8 Reach Best dunk that I've done is a 2 Handed One on a 10' Rim during warm-up for a game last friday night.
Current training: I just got JumpSoles last week and have had 2 sessions in them so far. I also work out on most days with barbell and dumbells at home.
I'm currently trying to put on a lot of muscle mass and get a lot bigger. I'm thinking about getting heaps of whey protein off bodybuilding.com but I don't know how long it lasts before it expires, etc and have to get it safely shipped to me.
Lookin forward to getting to know a lot of you on these forums. They look really sweet. Nice work.

Work different muscle groups, plenty of sleep, eat healthy. Easy to handle. And I take Saturdays off if I am too tired. Any comments on the workout?

Thats only 3 days of weights training. The rest is just as much or less stress on the body as someone who balls every day..
