I did the Sky's the Limit Program. Thanks for this awesome program. I could dunk it pretty easily before this program, but now I soar over people. I broke my ankle in my high school basketball game and my therapist said I should do some sort of jumping program. So my friend told me to do this one. It saved my basketball career. I had a starting spot on a scholarship to Auburn, but when I broke my ankle, they were going to waive it, but since I did this program I bounced back and I'm in better shape then I was. Thank You so much, but I owe you everything. Word up to all my dawgs! Thank you again.

I did the Sky's the Limit Program. You can see I've grown a little bit. I also notice that I've gained some weight, of course muscular mass... my legs seem stronger now (especially the internal lower part of my quadriceps, near the kneecap). Today game was very interesting. I was able to do one "in your face dunk", over a guy that is about my height, 2 fastbreak tomahawk dunks (with a lot of force while putting them down), and YESS!!!!, my first alley-hoop to handed DUNK!!!, It was really exciting, and I just want to thank you once more.

I did the Sky's the Limit Program. This testimonial is long overdue because I did the program a while ago, readers of this testimonial will probably say: Hey, he doesn't jump high. Well, that's the main reason why I sent this testimonial, it's a lot more than just training. I slept about 6 hours each night where I should have gotten at least 8-9, my diet wasn't good because lots of times I ate BAD food, and I finished the program till week 10 because of bad will power. I will begin my own program that is almost similar to penny's weight program this monday, and I just want to say do all the things I lacked, because it probably has cost me about 4-5 inches. I just want to say thanks to Ant and everybody else who motivated me, and i won't stop till I get a 40 inch vert (And I will continue then). "You are what you do over and over" Shaq

I did the Sky's the Limit Program. I'm Asian American, with a reach of 7'0.5"...last time trained for vertical was 1995-96, never completing any programs due to training wrong/overtraining/poor diet...
Other info: I followed the normal schedule almost to the exact letter, except for twisting sit-ups and presses as I add another set and allocated them since I used to rest more than twice per set and this prevents doing the reps at a slower speed...I started using liquid (serum) creatine monohydrate before each workout and bball practice at the onset of week 6 and have had no side effects to date and have seen energy increases during workouts and more endurance in jumping at peak height...also consumed protein in nutrition bar/powder form in supplements of ~50g/day in addition to a high protein & carb/low fat diet...Week 9: added sprints on Wednesdays...tried to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night/drank at least 8 glasses of water a day...Without Ant's encouragement and time to answer questions personally from the start of the program, I wouldn't be where I am (above the rim
Increases Log:
Original running: 31" standing: 28"
After first rest week: 34" standing: 30.5"
After second rest week: 36" standing: 33"
After third rest week: 39.5" standing: 36"
Tuesday, June 13,2000: Dunked volleyball sized ball (a bit smaller) with one hand...Will evaluate after another week of resting and continue a customized vertical program thereafter
Advice for STL trainers:
BE PATIENT. That's the best advice I could give anyone. Follow the program (it works, it's the best and I've tried them all), don't deviate if at all possible. Finally, all good things in life comes with a price, so bust it!
Some Motivation:
