I havent measured my vert for a few months. Back then I measured 36". I'm not 100% sure if I measured it correctly though, but fairly sure.
I just started JumpSoles training last week and did my very first 2 Handed dunk last friday night. I'm 6'1.5" and I can dunk 1 handed fairly easily when warmed up and in basketball gear.. I just did a quick measurement of my standing reach and it was 7'8. I'll try and get a more accurate reading later this week when I measure my vert. I will do it later this week because I am sick atm.
Simple maths tells me 10' - 7'8 = 2'2" so thats a running vert of atleast 26", but I know that I can get up to my wrist above the rim and from my wrist to my finger tips is 8" so I'll set my vert as an approx 34" but I'm fairly sure I'm above that. Just set it as 34" for now. I'll get back to yas.
As for my standing vert, I can jump and hang off the rim with two hands from a standing so thats 10' - 7'8 = 2'2" = 26", add a couple of inches onto that since 2 handed is harder than 1 handed and I need to get above the rim to be able to hand off it.. So I'll guess around 30".
Sorry that I can't be more accurate. I will definately give you my results later this week and we'll know how high I can jump. I'll try and get my bro to take a picture too.
Stats: 6'1.5" 150lbs 15 years old

Thanks. I'm also very hopefull that I can improve my vert so dunks become easier.. I'm playing U/18's this season and there plenty of 6'5, 6'6 guys that I have to mark.. Ah well. I'm sure I'm faster. See how it goes. Catchaz later.
